Casa Buenas Vibras is a beautiful, modern beach house located in the private gated community on a dead end street.  The community of Guiones Beach Club is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Playa Guiones.  All utilities are underground, no poles or wires!  Most of the homes are on lots over a quarter acre giving a spacious feel to the area.

The home is located only a couple minutes walk to the beach via a private beach path that leads to crystal clear tide pools and world class surfing. All while being only 2 minutes to yoga, restaurants and Main Street.

The house has high-speed internet throughout, with a dedicated home office that doubles as a 4th bedroom.

The home has very comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture, flat screen TVs, top of the line appliances and AC in every room.

There are large terraces on both levels with plenty of seating and lounge chairs for relaxing.

The feel of the home is open and full of light with a relaxing vibe. The open concept floor plan with large sliding doors opening to the front and rear allow for nice breezes and a true indoor outdoor feel where you will see howler monkeys moving through the trees and birds of all types.

The 2 downstairs bedrooms are spacious and full of light and are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks, rain shower and a separate outdoor shower.

The master suite located on the second level is spacious, has a large walk in closet and en suite bathroom complete with shower, double sinks and spa tub.

The 4th bedroom also located on the second level has a pull out queen size sofa bed, a full en suite bathroom and amazing Mountain Views. This room can also be utilized as a home office with equipped with a desk and office chair and high speed internet that is throughout the home. (Can use WiFi or dedicated Ethernet port with battery back up system.)

The roof top terrace has seating for large groups, a dining table and is a really fun hangout area that captures some of the best views from the home. It’s also a great spot for yoga, morning coffee or happy hour.

The large, fenced in yard has plenty of room for the kids to play.
