History of Finca Mariposa:

The current owners did acquire the property in 2001. All villas and houses at Finca Mariposa as well as the initial infrastructure including the soccer field and other sport facilities have been constructed between 2004 and 2011 and are used for luxury rentals since 2012. The Yoga shala / Event Rancho for up to 200 guests including own kitchen and rest rooms has been added in 2019. During the off season in September and October a regular annual maintenance improves all infrastructure and keeps all existing construction in good shape.
